Korman Residential at The Pepper Building offers a residential parking spot for $300 per month.
What unit types or floor plans do you offer?
The Pepper Building offers our spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Included in our floor plans is the option for a furnished one-bedroom apartment.
What is the neighborhood like?
Our apartments are centrally located in Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia, making commuting around the city convenient. We are also located with easy access to I-76, I-95, and I-676.
What are your office hours and hours available to tour the community?
Office hours for The Pepper Building are from Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our hours to schedule a tour are Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday 10:30 am to 3:00 pm.
